Penn Studios Marketing Materials
BrochurePenn Studios wanted to create a brochure to be able to present to their capabilities to potential clients. They didn’t provide a lot of the copy for the brochure at first so I created an initial design by using assets from their website and leaving spaces open for additional copy. These were eventually filled in.
I wanted to incorporate components of PennStudios logo into the design. The play button arrows guide the viewer around the brochure by pointing out certain information, folding onto another panel, and holding text and images. The arch is utilized to display images across the panels on one side of the brochure. |
Virtual Tour Flyer
The PA Media Group (PAMG) wanted to update their Penn Studios flyer regarding virtual campus tours. They wanted a more cohesive design with PAMG branding, a high-end linear educational look, better visual layout, and photo representation.
Since I had previously designed a brochure for Penn Studios, I wanted to keep similar visual elements for this flyer. I combined the Penn Studio colors with standard PAMG layout and branding. To help with their photo representation of a virtual reality tour, I used stock images of college-aged students looking a laptop, as if they’re researching where to go to school online. A photo of the University of Pennsylvania is used as well, since it would most likely be recognizable to the target audience. I overlaid these images with connecting dots to be a visual representation of virtual connection. Additionally, I wanted to simplify the tables on the price sheet from their previous flyer. This helped add clarification to the viewer about what the main prices were from the a la carte and add-on prices.

Animated HTML5 DisplayThe client had three main slides of information they wanted to include and requested there to be a theater curtain transition. I created these ads using HTML5 animation and used different transitions between the information. On the last frame, there's an image of a person looking at an article on PennLive.com that displays one of Penn Studios' videos. Since the creative was promoting their Emmy win, I chose to include a screenshot that showed their Emmy video.
